About Our Professors
Merle Powell serves as our Vice President of Academic Affairs, and teaches in the area of Practical Ministries. He has 15 years of pastoral ministry experience.
Scott Gribble serves as our Vice President of Operations. He teaches New Testament courses, and served in Mozambique, Africa, for five years prior to coming to SCC.
Andria Grant is our Continuing Education Coordinator and teaches Christian Education courses. She served in Vietnam and Japan before becoming a children’s minister.
Aaron Prohs is our Old Testament professor. Prior to becoming a professor at Summit, Aaron worked as a youth minister for several years.
Dave Robinson is our New Testament professor. He has been teaching at the college for 23 years, and spent 8 years in Papua New Guinea as a Bible translation consultant.
Dale Mason, our Missions instructor, has served on the mission field in Brazil and Mozambique for a combined 34 years, and spent several years as a church planter.
